I hold a Masters Degree in Public Health, specialized in Health Promotion, am a Certified Health Education Specialist and a certified Culinary Coach. I am also an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, as well as a Registered Yoga Teacher with several specialties of fitness and yoga including Pilates, TRX, HIIT, Bootcamp, Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and many more.
I like to mix the best of Eastern and Western wellness practices to bring a unique blend of holistic programming that encompasses the mind, body and spirit. This is why I also offer Reiki, sound healing, meditation and mindset training as modalities to work with.
With 15 years in the industry, I have worked in several areas of fitness, nutrition, and health education including commercial fitness, university recreation, corporate wellness, and with several branches of the U.S. Military.
